Shipping Policy
HoliGlow® products are sold and shipped by Balloon Innovations Inc., a U.S. based company and the seller of record for all purchases made on goholiglow.com.
We ship orders within the United States using trusted carriers such as FedEx.
Shipment Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders that include custom components may require additional processing time.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

If we experience a higher-than-normal order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs vary based on order size, shipping method, and destination. Customers can view available shipping options and exact shipping costs by proceeding to checkout before placing an order. No additional fees are added after shipping is shown.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Available shipping methods include:

FedEx Standard Overnight: Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days
Overnight delivery is available for addresses within the continental United States and must be placed by 1:00 PM MST for next-day delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to addresses within the United States only.
We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.
Damaged or Missing Items
Balloon Innovations Inc. carefully packages all orders prior to shipment. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at cx@goholiglow.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with resolution.
Please retain all packaging materials and any damaged items while your claim is being reviewed.

We do not currently offer international shipping.
