Refund and Return Policy

HoliGlow® products are sold by Balloon Innovations Inc., the seller of record for all purchases on goholiglow.com.

30-Day Warranty and Returns

All HoliGlow® products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, which begins on the date your order is delivered.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or no later than December 25 of the year the order was purchased, whichever comes first.

Clearance, closeout, discontinued, and customized items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Provide your order number and shipping zip code

  2. Let us know the reason for the return

  3. If the item qualifies for return, we will provide a return shipping label

Return Eligibility

Returned items must be in unused condition and include all original components and packaging.

Returns may not be eligible for a refund if the product shows signs of damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, vandalism, excessive wear, or use outside of intended guidelines.

Each return is reviewed based on product condition and return reason to determine eligibility.

Refunds and Deductions

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The following may be deducted from your refund amount:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return shipping costs, when applicable

  • Damage or loss caused by handling or use outside of intended conditions

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Defective Returns

Returns requested for reasons not related to a product defect, including ordering the wrong item or no longer needing the product, may be subject to return shipping deductions from the refunded amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at cx@goholiglow.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with resolution.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Orders outside the 30-day return window
